How to SetUp a JOOWIN WiFi Extender?

You can quickly extend the wireless coverage of your router’s existing network with 1200Mbps dual-band Wi-Fi speeds throughout your home and even in the yard.

Step 1: Plug in, turn on the ON button on the side, the light will come on. Wait about 60 seconds, connect the Wi-Fi “JOOWIN_XXX_2G” or “JOOWIN_XXX_5G”
Step 2: joowin Login IP “192.168.10.1”, enter the password “admin” (username is also admin), click “SET PASSWORD”.
Step 3: Scan and select WiFi
Step 4: Enter WiFi password (previous shared key), click “Save Settings”. (We suggest you choose “Merge WiFi”, the extended signal will be better.)
Step 5. Setting is complete, reconnect the new “XXX-2G” or “XXX-5G” WiFi in the WiFi list. (If you choose “Merge WiFi”, the new WiFi will be “XXX-2G & 5G”)

Note:

First install the new extender wi-fi in the same room as the existing router, and then move the WiFi extender to another electrical outlet that is halfway between the wifi router and the area with poor WiFi signal. Do not install the WiFi extender in a WiFi dead zone where the router’s WiFi signal is not available.
